Peeping Tom
Aroview: While Hitchcock's PSYCHO received raves reviews and general acceptance, Michael Powell's equally contentious but brilliant film was condemned as low-rent 'trash', even ending his illustrious career.
Now standing tall as a masterpiece of self-referential cinema, the story follows a clean-cut focus-puller with a 'jekyll-and-hyde' homicidal streak who stalks his victims, camera in hand, in an obsessive quest for the look of pure unadulterated fear. Most definitely worth a peep!

3 stars (Good Enough) Whilst no longer controversial 60 years on it still had the ability to create suspense, particularly because the up close and personal camera work meant there was no escape for the viewer. Anna Massey was excellent. ~Tubbs
3 stars (Good Enough) Still creepy and confronting after all these years. ~Shorty
