Saint Ange

Aroview: A young woman (Ledoyen) journeys into the remotes of the French Alps to help clean up an abandoned orphanage, but soon begins to notice strange occurences within the stairways and corridors of the building.

What promises to be a pure ghost-story like THE OTHERS, develops instead into a sharply visualised zombiethon, which has been mooted in some quarters as a sequel to Fulci's THE BEYOND. While not really living up to this suggestion, it gathers up its own certain atmosphere about it.
