Cooties (2014): It is on familiar ground but it is entertaining.
Syriana (2005): The screenplay is complicated and needs and probably deserves another watch.
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 (2010): The two boys struggle in their performances whilst frustratingly a terrific adult cast is underused. Splendid production values as per normal.
Once Upon a Time in America (1984): Good in parts but there is far too much meandering in the storytelling. However the street scenes are remarkable & the music score, make–up (for the ageing), & wardrobe (particularly the crowd scenes) are excellent. The whole thing just needed a hurry up.
Shrek 2 (2004): For a sequel, it has a pretty high standard in entertainment.
9 (Nine) (2009): The set designs are bleak, the animation style unusual and the characters are different. Well worth a watch.; Blu-Ray $29.95
Hoodwinked! (2005): Funny looking animation but it does the job – grannie leads the entertainment.
Fallen (1998): Great cast but the screenplay goes off the rails somewhat.
Batman: The Dark Knight (2008): It is long very long.
Sexy Beast (2001): Three tough characters three tough performances.
