Titanic (TV Mini-series) (2012): The best scenes are early in the piece, but the screenplay then becomes less convincing, particularly when the characters are in the lifeboats.
Remo Williams: The Adventure Begins (1985): Fred is quite active and not the normal muscle head, nor is he muscle bound. There are some decent lighter touches, but the highlights are some memorable stunts and some work with animals.
Poldark (TV Series) (2015): The strongest episodes were the earlier ones, but there was an interesting industrial theme running through it, and the shooting location was beautiful at times.
Fever Pitch (1996): I didn't realise that Arsenal had any supporters.; DVD ~~$20~~ $15
Two Tickets To Greece (2022): There is not much substance to the screenplay, but our three heroines are good company.; DVD $29.95
Nosferatu (2024): It would have benefited from a shorter screenplay, but the art and design work is very good.
Indestructible Man (1956): A pretty good story, compactly told and without any unnecessary subplots.
Dangerous Minds (1995): There have been a few screenplays about the battle of wits within the classroom, and this one is one of the least convincing.
Helen of Troy (1956): Stanley Baker looked the part and was the best thing about this.
Space Station 76 (2014): It didn't really get off the ground.
