Herbie Goes to Monte Carlo (1977): Not the strongest in the series but it does have Don Knotts and Roy Kinnear.
Tell Them Willie Boy Is Here (1969): Very ordinary acting from the three leads two of whom keep losing their makeup.
Mist, The (2007): Creatures/effects are terrific but because of the film's length they lose much of their impact – too much screen time spent on the humans – they should have been eaten quicker (the kid first).Harden's character has been done before. Ending melodramatic.
Venus and Serena (2012): The highlight is the obvious love these sisters have for each other.
Witness for the Prosecution (1957): One of the better courtroom dramas. Watch it for Charles Laughton if for nothing else.
Light Sleeper (1992): Some good seedy atmospheric locations – the two leads are solid with Susan S giving the film a bit of backbone. Very good soundtrack.
Detroit Rock City (1999): Too many juvenile segments in the plot.
Marathon Man (1976): There is some very good location shooting.Olivier is fine but Hoffman gives a hysterical performance – we all have to go to the dentist at some time.
House Bunny, The (2008): Harmless – Anna Faris is very good.
Space Buddies (2009): Sure fire winner.
