Flubber (1997): Delightful.
Holes (2003): Works best when Sigourney takes charge of a scene – Jon Voight tries hard.
Wild Rovers (1971): An above average western that strives for realism in character and dialogue. A good rapport between the two leads and impressive desert locations.
Wyatt Earp (1994): Hackman hardly appears. One very good early scene pre–Costner is of a street shoot out between two drunks. Photography and props very good but at the end of the (long) day you don't really care about any of the characters.
Behind Enemy Lines (2001): Another brought down behind enemy lines movie.A weak script and lightweight lead.
Hondo (1953): Routine western but as good as most.Musical score soppy at times as was Wayne. Didn't need the kid.The bonus features are very good.
Pooh's Grand Adventure: Search for Christopher Robin (1997): Solid family entertainment. Good characters.
American Gigolo (1980): Hard to make well to do characters interesting.
Mars Attacks! (1996): Not a classic but its good to see such star power prepared to enjoy themselves and be out staged by the aliens.
102 Dalmatians (2000): The animals and the parrot are great – enjoyable entertainment– Tim McInnerny shows his more esteemed cast members how to act comedy.
