White Tiger (2012): A strange screenplay, but one not without interest, and worth a try.
Funny People (2009): If it is any consolation to Sandler and company – I don't think real comedians would have been able to do much with the material either.
Non-Fiction (Non Fiction) (2018): The debate around publishing was good but we just needed more of it and less of the other stuff.; DVD $29.95
A Hidden Life (2019): The story was okay but it is a pity it took so long to tell.
Concert For George (2003): My only quibble was that it climaxed far too early after the superb performance of Anoushka Shankar.
Sunshine (2007): The special effects and the set designers see it through.
Antebellum (2020): If you don't know what "Antebellum" means (I guessed and was wrong) look it up and at least get some value out of your time if you watch this.
Prom Night (1980): 40 years on this is tame, probably because of the surfeit of slasher movies, but it is not too long and not a waste of time.
Anzio (1968): Little here for the military historian as most of the screenplay concerns itself with a war correspondent (admittedly one who was dishing out orders and hobnobbing with the generals) together with a Rangers corporal skirmishing with the enemy.
Sex and Death 101 (2008): Oh for more Ryder and for less Baker.
