Aroview: A landmark technical achievement from the director of Anime classic GHOST IN THE SHELL, this distinctive 'hybrid' Anime is curiously inspired by post-war Eastern bloc film-making (esp. that of dir. Andrzej Wadja).

"Avalon" is an addictive, illegal computer game that allows players to escape their bleak reality and win money in an intense battlefield simulation. Using digital manipulation to investigate various levels of reality by stripping away the colour image, this is worth seeing for the astounding visuals, though it takes a frustratingly oblique approach to character and pacing.
