20th Century Women (2017): I thought this film was really beautiful. I watched it with my mum at the nziff. I loved Dorothea and found her self–determination quite empowering. My mum found her quite annoying.; DVD ~~$20~~ $15
Liberal Arts (2012): This film is great. It has some monumental and fleeting nuggets of ideas that resonated right through me
I Am Not Your Negro (2016): Amazing; DVD $24.95
Faces Places (2017): Funny, erreverent and enlightening. JR and Varda are a delight.rnThere are 2 things I love in cinema: children being empowered and communities coming together. This has the latter. The community spirit and the art inspired me.
Little Miss Sunshine (2006): This is the film that inspired me to read Proust. Never did but to hell with it, this film is great! Wednesday.
Brand Upon the Brain! (2006): Saw this at the nziff. I thought it was so amazing, I didn't ever want to see it again. Wednesday.
